Big fridge. Poorly built. The freezer part (not the drawers the actual liming where the grooves are for the drawers to sit on) are cracking and falling apart. Only 7 months old. Had engineer out to assess who agrees it shouldn't have happened but also doesn't think they'll do anything about it. Not impressed. My old fridge freezer was 10 years old and third hand, no issues at all. This shouldn't happen on such an expensive item. Also freezer space isn't great, my old model actually had more space (same proportions! 60/40) even though it was a smaller unit overall.

This fridge freezer is spacious and quiet. However, as ao.com do not offer a door reversal service, I sought out all information I could about how to do this myself. The Hoover website said that the doors are 'easily reversible' and provide a video, and step-by-step pictures in a model-specific manual (so appallingly-translated that it is nonsensical in places) on how to do it. Neither the video nor manual mentioned anything about the wires which are present in the top right hinge. As I couldn't risk damaging the wiring, I had to call a Hoover engineer to do the work at a cost to me of £72.50. What a scam! Factor in this cost and hassle if you choose to buy this model.

The internal space compared to the external size is great. No experience with frost so far. Very quiet. Door handle isn't the smoothest it could be. Delivery came with too much packaging, please consider how to more efficiently package these items. Perhaps a reusable packaging that can be taken away by the delivery team.

Spacious and well designed. However door left open warning doesn't sound(no big problem) and strange "scratchy" sound sometimes when cooling system operating(may be normal).

The refrigeration part works well. But I had specifically gone for a fridge freezer with reversible doors. It is not reversible despite saying so in the advert. Even the Hoover engineer agreed with me, so, sadly, it was returned as not fit for purpose.

It's good. As others say, it's odd the drawer pulls are at the bottom of the drawers. But very spacious and seems to be working well after a week's use. The doors are reversible which really wasn't clear in the manual online.

Love the amount of space inside fridge and the adjustable shelves in door. Would prefer it if there was a small ice cube tray drawer in freezer for easy access to make ice without havig to balance on top of other thigs or underneath bags of peas! Just discovered the useful alert for 'fridge door is open' both a sound alerts you but also sends a note to your phone if you pair it wirelessly! great

Excellent fridge - keeps food very cold and freezer is excellent. However, the vegetable drawer is not very good for organizing produce. Our old fridge had two smaller drawers, which was better. Some of the shelves could allow for more height. Also in the door, there is a lot of 'dead' space because the shelves do not go all the way across. Hence, we have nowhere to store our jam jars for instance.
