The product is great; does what it says on the tin. It runs smoothly, keeping food fresh and wine perfectly chilled. Plenty of space inside. No need to cram.

Big fridge. Poorly built. The freezer part (not the drawers the actual liming where the grooves are for the drawers to sit on) are cracking and falling apart. Only 7 months old. Had engineer out to assess who agrees it shouldn't have happened but also doesn't think they'll do anything about it. Not impressed. My old fridge freezer was 10 years old and third hand, no issues at all. This shouldn't happen on such an expensive item. Also freezer space isn't great, my old model actually had more space (same proportions! 60/40) even though it was a smaller unit overall.

The internal space compared to the external size is great. No experience with frost so far. Very quiet. Door handle isn't the smoothest it could be. Delivery came with too much packaging, please consider how to more efficiently package these items. Perhaps a reusable packaging that can be taken away by the delivery team.
