Sadly I have had to return this item. The door is not properly sealed and therefore the water and fluff becomes stuck in the door. A new door was fitted and it was the same. The engineer who came out saw the fault immediately on both doors. Sad but I cannot keep a defective machine that appears to have a common fault issue. I did like the dryer and everything else and would have loved to keep this model otherwise.

To empty the water container on our old machine, you just pulled out a draw at the top by the dials. This one, you have to get on your hands and knees, remove a cover and somehow try to grip the container with your finger tips and pull it out. When you try to stand up with the container, water slops out of the cap so you have to mop up as well. Giant leap backwards in design. Hate the thing.

Water collects around the glass so when you open the door it goes alover the floor,2nd one I have had still does the same hoover done nothing about it

Worst machine ever bought. When drying sheets or duvet covers, they just go into a ball no matter what setting I use, which means items not dry and you have to put in for longer and get up every 20mins to open them out. Absolute waste of money.

No reverse action so unfortunately no good for bedding. My fault, didn’t read the spec properly

Pleased until I tried to dry bed linen. The machine just rolls it up into a bundle. It's necessary to open up every ten to fifteen minutes to untangle the washing or it just doesn't dry. A very bad choice. Unlike any other dryer I've used it doesn't reverse direction so stuff just gets rolled up. A design fault.

It’s not really a condenser. The whole room ends up wet through. It’s made the wooden doors swell. The controls are also complicated there isn’t a cycle to fit towels and bedding. It also randomly spins after the cycles finished even with easy iron off.
