Will never buy Beko appliances again

AO have been excellent. But Beko have been terrible. The hob stopped working after just a few weeks. We phoned the appliance insurance but they didn’t want to know. We phoned Beko, that was hard work, but the set a date for us to stay in for a engineer to come and look at it. Engineer didn’t turn up. Phoned back Beko who were very unhelpful but said they were waiting for the parts, even though they didn’t know what was wrong with it. Beko really didn’t want to help. Phone AO and told them the story who also phoned Beko, but Beco refused to help. So AO took the broken hob back and gave us a new one and said they would sort the problem out. All of our white good are Beco, when it’s time to replace the kitchen equipment we will not be buying Beko equipment and will not be buy the appliances insurance either.
But we will still be using AO who went above and beyond with customer service.
