AO have been excellent. But Beko have been terrible. The hob stopped working after just a few weeks. We phoned the appliance insurance but they didn’t want to know. We phoned Beko, that was hard work, but the set a date for us to stay in for a engineer to come and look at it. Engineer didn’t turn up. Phoned back Beko who were very unhelpful but said they were waiting for the parts, even though they didn’t know what was wrong with it. Beko really didn’t want to help. Phone AO and told them the story who also phoned Beko, but Beco refused to help. So AO took the broken hob back and gave us a new one and said they would sort the problem out. All of our white good are Beco, when it’s time to replace the kitchen equipment we will not be buying Beko equipment and will not be buy the appliances insurance either. But we will still be using AO who went above and beyond with customer service.

This new hob replaced the one that was already installed when we bought the house. It was also a Beko but was clearly a much older item! We had been pleased enough with the performance of this hob and given there was no wiggle room in terms of the existing hole in the worktop, the decision to use another Beko was quite easy. It slotted in with the requisite three wire connection being easily done, okay so my diploma in electrical engineering made it easier than it might be for some! The new unit performs better than the one it replaced and has better controls, which are easier to use and each induction area is easier to control, with the left side of the hob having an option of using it as one larger cooking area. Overall, very pleased with this product at this price point, especially with the ease of installation, do bear in mind that this has a high current requirement when in use and must be done at first install by a competent and qualified electrician.

OK so far but didn't seem to cook pizza's quickly

I love the large area on the right hand side of the hob. You can cook small and large pans with the controls. A great hob at a budget price.

Great induction hob. I had the basic model and recently upgraded to this. Pan detection far superior, boost button works well for quickly boiling pans of water, timer is a great feature, it is easy to clean and looks very stylish. Still to use the combo option on the 2 left hand sided rings, but if it's as efficient as the rest of the features it will be great. Glad i stuck with Beko and glad I upgraded to this model - all round happy customer for a very reasonable priced induction hob

Way ahead of ceramic ,very quick and controllable. Has a slight earth leakage ,with in tolerance for appliances but had to put on another circuit to stop RCD tripping So ok now Buttons can turn on by accident as seem very sensitive but doesn't get hot because pan not on Other than that very pleased

This cooker is the worst induction cooker I have ever used. It took 10 minutes to cook a scrambled egg which is ridiculous. The noise is also very loud. Called the customer services they organised a third party to come and check the sound. The engineer thought the noise was normal and he decided to charge me for the visit. I’m absolutely gutted for beko’s after sales policies. Hence I have returned the cooker and swapped for a better one. Will never ever buy beko products anymore.

Not installed yet but this is the second one that is heavily scratched on the underside and doesn’t look brand new
