    Glass shattered

    1/5
The oven doors shattered whilst the oven was in use at only 180C after the 2nd day.

Uncomplicated oven but frequent cleaning required

    3/5
Product is similar to the one replaced that broke but more basic. I am disappointed in how quickly this one gets dirty, I grilled two lamb chops following cooking guidelines and had to do a full clean of the oven, two further uses and I feel it needs another clean. I am contemplating buying an air fryer to alleviate using the oven so much.

Not the Bosch quality you expect

    3/5
Oven is now 2 years old, has had one warranty repair/replacement for the clock/timer unit (not long after purchase) which seems to have returned again. When it works it's great, but between this and the washing machine I've just had to scrap (Christmas breakdown, no engineer available for 3 weeks!) Bosch are no longer the go-to for quality appliances. (I'll forgive the microwave oven as it's only "fault" is a clock that runs fast.)

    Bosch single over

    3/5
Item received on schedule by to very helpful couriers, The oven was well wrapped and compact and with some difficulties was unwrapped and checked for damage. The installation was simple enough, just slide the oven into the space and plug in! The oven was switched on and appeared to be in good working order and the finish of the oven was a great improvement on the old oven. We didnt have cause to fully operate the oven except for the required "burning off", so it wasnt used for some days after. It was then that we found that the oven had a fault! the oven temperature indication light was not functioning. A call to Bosch service dept was made and a visit to repair the oven was organised. Apart from this glitche, I would have given AO five stars as the oven is of very good quality

Great oven spoilt by skimping and sloppy finishing

    3/5
Absolutely great cooker but the cable on the back is way too short, they only supply one moveable shelf and my wife badly cut her finger on a very sharp edge of the metal outter cover when we were installing this.

    Disappointed

Oven interior was slightly smaller than expected. Control knobs very difficult to see. However efficiency of oven very good.

    Fair for the price

    4/5
A fair product for the price. One generally has an high high expectation from the Bosch group of products as they have superior brands with excellent quality. I felt they intentionally cut corners on this product to justify the lower price. For example, the wire racks are much thinner than expected. The dials feel cheap and could be snappier reaching set positions (like off). Design wise, probably 90% of all usage is baking around the 160° to 200° mark (esp 180°). These marks are at the bottom of the dial and hence obscured by it, making it harder to see and set. Minor issues for sure. I mostly bought the oven because I believe the product will be reliable (unlike my previous two ovens from Whirlpool, where the oven wouldn't turn off and the customer service was diabolical).
