The product is great. Very simple to operate and evenly cooks.

The oven is great, and the service provided by AO and their delivery team is nothing short of exceptional. The oven is not only great on electricity, it looks good and performs better than those double its price. I wouldn’t hesitate to buy an oven from AO again.

Great oven. The oven is easy to use and seems great so far. Only compliant I have is the dials seem a bit flimsy but nothing that's bad enough to put me off the product.

This is a very good basic electric oven and very well priced. However, I have a couple of gripes; firstly the clock can only be reset by turning off and on the power, not too stressful but a bit of a pain when the clocks change and second, the bulb goes if you close the door too abruptly (have trained myself to be more careful!), also I find the dial details not contrasty enough. However this is the second one we brought as our last one packed up after two years and two months, which was very disappointing. It wasn't the heating element, so I presumed it was a component issue, cheaper to replace. It does do what it says on the tin; cooks and grills very well. Fingers crossed this one lasts longer!
