Vital information was missing from the Hoover instruction manual and the delay timer wouldn't set despite meticulously following the instructions several times. Overall for noise this machine was deathly quiet. Because of several issues I find myself returning this machine. Hoover have made better products and I'm highly disappointed with the overall quality of the product, the instructions are badly translated in places and these seem to generic for a variety of models. I bought this item on 30th December 2021, delivered on 6th January 2022, on its way back (return arranged for 18th January) 14th January, 2022. For the money - very poor quality from Hoover!

I bought this dishwasher in April. In September it flooded the kitchen. The error code came on and the engineer fixed it. In October it flooded the kitchen and blew the electric fuses downstairs. No error light this time. It continued to blow the fuses just for being plugged in. The engineer ordered a part that may fix it. Didn't wait to find out. I've got a new one by a different make. Lost all confidence in this product. Shame as I've had good experience with Hoover products previously.

Disappointed with this product - does not seem to clean the dishes as well as our last model, which I have to say was much cheaper than this model and brand. If paying a bit extra which I feel we did with this one, then we would have thought the performance would surpass our old model. Unfortunately not.

Broken

It is adequate- a bit small but ok. If you wash a lot of plates you have to leave out the cutlery tray. But it makes life easier to have it.

Not very impressed with this dishwasher, thats the problem when you can't see the item before purchasing. It's alot smaller inside than our previous one so definately doesn't hold so much. It's also quite complicated to use, far too many options and processes to operate.diss

Lack of supports on the inside trays. Design of trays could be improved.

Bought this as we have had a new kitchen with several black appliances so needed one to match. The ones we would have preferred we couldn't get in black so were quite limited in choice. This one tbh is good but how can one program justify being four hours long???. We just set it on the two hour program and that is fine. Better built than others we looked at but will just see how it goes and hope it lasts as long as our 15+ year old Zanussi one which we have only changed due to colour but was getting a bit tired.
