The design makes it Stand a little higher than my kitchen units, the glass lid is not a slow close like my last one and drops very fast and hard,and the cooker knobs stick out too far and knocks against my sink kitchen draw when draw is opened.not a great design .

A lot quieter then our old model, easy to keep clean

Good cooker once you get use to using top oven and grill. The only thing I don't like is the glass top ,it doesn't sit flat on the cooker frame, it sits on top of the pan supports leaving a one inch gap all round.

I agree with another review re: the hob pan supports- these are a poor design, especially seeing as I have had a Hotpoint cooker in the past which had good pan supports that would allow both round bottom and flat bottomed pans to be placed over the hobs. The current pan support on model HDM67G9C2CCB/UK does not allow any round bottomed pan or even a small flat bottomed pan to be placed safely on it without the risk of them tipping over to the side. I nearly had a fire the first time I used a smallish pan yesterday. They should be replaced by the manufacturers with an appropriate or the older design. Unfortunately, I am unable to find a replacement for them of the correct size. It is a pity that the cooker seems fine otherwise, except for this thoughtless design feature.

I'm loving this cooker so far, it's easy to use and looks good, I like the fact it's Duel fuel and the gas hob is easi to clean.

My new cooker is brilliant. From my initial order to the delivery and installation it was all excellent. I was kept informed every step of the way and the installation was done quickly and professionally by the two people who delivered the cooker. I how to use my new appliance was explained clearly and understood what I was told. I have used AO before and will be using again when I need a new appliance.

Delighted with the product, my husband says it makes tasty food much better thank the last one ??
