A very disappointing cooker. Very flimsy hob supports. There is a lot of steam coming out of the vent when using the oven which then turns into water, and you end up with a hob top full of water. It’s not possible to turn the oven light off when the oven is on, which doesn’t seem very energy efficient. Also, with this model you will need to allow for a gap between the cooker and the wall, which I didn’t expect. On the plus side, the fan oven cooks food very quickly.

This is a great oven with all the features we wanted. Remember to lift the glass when you cook in the electric oven to let it air.

Overall an above average cooker. Installation was straightforward, easy to clean and operates like any other cooker. The oven heats evenly and the hob flames are stable. A few design elements that could be improved: the dials feel a bit cheap and the pan frame on top of the hob is not very well designed - the pans do not sit very well on it and tend to wobble. Also the timer buttons are really tiny and in black so a bit difficult to operate.

Great cooker for the price. Quite fan oven, even cooking with a good size grill.

The product was fine, although turned up with cosmetic damage. It was delivery that was bad and broke my back door.

Lovely service and great product after being horrendously let down by another company who after 2 broken ovens will hardly refund me and have made me pay 3 lots of installation fees now. A new oven just before Christmas wasn't easy but the service was great, 2 lovely guys who uninstalled the old one and also gave my little boy a Teddy. So far no problems with the oven.
