Only one height to cook from in the grill and it is an inch below the element. Instructions say you can also cook with the try on the base of the grill cavity 8 inches below. Grill tray only just wide enough to balance on the runner and really clunky sliding in and out. Unbelievably bad design by Hotpoint. If you ever want to use your grill, avoid this cooker. Cooker specifications are incorrect on website. States double oven when only 1 oven and grill.

Unpacked this cooker and found two screws missing from the back panel, ok so I fixed that. Fitted cooker only to find out that this only comes with one shelf! I mean what are you meant to do with one shelf. Next I come to the grill only to find that there is only one guide for the grill pan to slide into, which is way too close to the grill to be functional. And now to what I like about this cooker, well it does seem to work apart from the grill which is pointless trying to use. Would I recommend this cooker? No it is cheaply made and I made a big mistake buying it.

The cooker is okay. Not quite the quality I had hoped. The oven door seems rather tinny when you open it and the catch is rather small and doesn’t seem up to the job. Although I have only used the oven a couple of time ,I’ve had to allow extra time for food to cook (at least 10 to 15 minutes). Apart from the above the top is as described. In time I think I will get used to the oven.

Cooker door was a bit uneven but I must say I will always buy off ao for all my appliances as customers service was the best I have ever known.changed cooker no problem and delivered new one.cannot fault this company for helping you sort problem.highly recommend ao keep up this fantastic service you give to customers ??????????

The oven and hob are very quick and efficient, but to say it has two ovens is totally misleading - one is really just a hot cupboard. Catch on oven door is a bit clunky as is the grill/grill pan

cookes very even but did not come with a drip tray for the oven I did not know it needed one untill I had water on the floor in front of the oven door Hotpoint told me it should have had one other than that I like it

Very good and good for the price. Only draw back is the grill, no levels accept up very high. Fast delivery and good delivery men
