Cooker specifications are incorrect on website. States double oven when only 1 oven and grill.

Bought this new cooker to replace a broken gas oven. Chose AO as they could deliver very quickly. Unpacked it and all looked very good. Love the easy to clean ceramic hob and separate grill. Fan oven works very well and is decent sized too. Only downside is only a single shelf and the door catch is extremely poor quality and doesn’t close so good. I can see this being a big problem once it’s worn. I’d recommend extending the warranty just in case.

Bought this to replace an existing 50cm wide cooker for my parents. They weren’t after anything fancy and the Hotpoint brand is still premium in the eyes of my 80 year old mum who delighted in telling the installer about how her first Hotpoint cooker lasted for 35 years :) Good oven capacity and comes with a wire rack and a solid rack, plus a grill pan. Top cavity is just a grill, no top oven function on this model. The rack for the grill only has one level and is positioned quite far back, which makes it a little awkward to get the grill pan in if you have limited dexterity, and it doesn’t slide in and out smoothly. The controls are ok, but the markings could be larger. Icons for the hob and top and bottom oven are small and so fairly difficult for my dad to tell the difference between, but the dials are different, the grill having numbers and the oven showing temperature, so that helped him to tell the difference. He can’t see the numbers themselves too clearly, but he can see that there is more print on the oven dial. Indicator lights for the grill and oven are slightly offset from the related dials, sitting between two dials, which caused a little confusion. They also glow white which doesn’t stand out well from the white panel.

A great looking product that is perfect for my old ages parents home. A practical set of controls on the front and a easy wipe down top surface. Oven is a decent size offering 2 internal racks for easy use. Really pleased and great value for money.

The oven and hob are very quick and efficient, but to say it has two ovens is totally misleading - one is really just a hot cupboard. Catch on oven door is a bit clunky as is the grill/grill pan

Bought this to replace my old electric cooker. Opted for a ceramic hob instead of plates. Slightly disappointed that the ceramic top marks quite easily. The cooker is very basic, the dials are easy to operate. The fan oven is really good and cooks food well.

Was as the advert and in perfect condition due to correct packaging which was not removed until in house.

Moved into my new flat and bought this cooker which is perfect for me, works perfectly and is so easy to clean. It was delivered and installed professionally by two lovely guys (observing the distancing rules of course). Would highly recommend AO to anyone, so much so that I bought a tumble dryer from them a few days' later! Excellent service. 10/10
