Noisy, and much noisier than any other fridge I've had or know of. When the motor/compressors are running, which seems to be on and off at about 30-40% of the time its a noisy hum from both the fridge and freezer compartments. Really disappointed.

Internal freezer compartments are far to small. They are not even big enough for a standard frozen pizza to fit in

It’s quite shallow compared to our previous fridge freezer so can fit much less.

This is our 3rd integrated Hotpoint Fridge/Freezer. The first two were great but we are very disappointed with this model. We knew before we purchased that its spec was inferior but we were concerned that another brand might not fit the kitchen space available. The freezer is very much smaller and we will have to use another freezer in garage to hold a lot of basic items. Otherwise it is okay. The fridge is very badly designed. Fresh fruit/veg drawer much smaller than before. Only one drawer and bottom of fridge slopes upwards so accessing contents not as easy as it should be. Door shelves not fit for purpose! Bottom shelf higher up than before - it takes milk cartons but bottles of wine/soft drinks etc don't fit. Middle/top shelves only hold small jars - not bigger ones (mayo etc). Delivery/installation was excellent (thank you Scott) but Hotpoint product poor.

Hea this delivered on 2july 22 around 3pm plugged in left over night .when shopping on Sunday for food stuff for it . By this time the freezer was making a loud noise spoke to hotpoint by Monday had to come out to repair it . Paid £529. To have a repair within 48hrs .May be its my bad luck .

Must be one of the worst designed fridges ever. Not enough space for a family of two to store things. No height for bottles of drink eg tonic water. The freezer part is ok pretty standard. Sorry I purchased it online without seeing it.

the fan makes a noise I have to pull the protective case it touches from it to stop frequently so annoying

Bought to replace an old Hotpoint Fridge freezer . It was easy to install by ourselves. Unfortunately although it was 50/50 the door position was slightly different to our old 50/50 fridge freezer so we had to rejig the cupboard doors slightly to make it work . It all seems to be running fine and has plenty of space for what we require.
