Very small fridge and freezer. Can't get the same stuff in it that I could with my other Hotpoint before it. Bad designed door space in that the milk shelf is half way up the door and you cannot fit in a bottle of wine, well you can if you don't mind the tight fit of the bottle touching the shelf above. You cannot stand a bottle of Prosecco or large bottles of water in the door either as there isn't enough room because the shelf is half way up the door. Very very disappointed with it. If I had seen this model in the local store I would not have bought it for the lack of space in it, instead I bought it online without seeing it.

This is our 3rd integrated Hotpoint Fridge/Freezer. The first two were great but we are very disappointed with this model. We knew before we purchased that its spec was inferior but we were concerned that another brand might not fit the kitchen space available. The freezer is very much smaller and we will have to use another freezer in garage to hold a lot of basic items. Otherwise it is okay. The fridge is very badly designed. Fresh fruit/veg drawer much smaller than before. Only one drawer and bottom of fridge slopes upwards so accessing contents not as easy as it should be. Door shelves not fit for purpose! Bottom shelf higher up than before - it takes milk cartons but bottles of wine/soft drinks etc don't fit. Middle/top shelves only hold small jars - not bigger ones (mayo etc). Delivery/installation was excellent (thank you Scott) but Hotpoint product poor.

Excellent product and quality for the price paid. Very pleased with the purchase.

Delighted with our new Fridge freezer, fitted well into the space and was working well witin a couple of hours of being efficiently installed by AO fitters. Exactly as described in the details too. Should have bought it months ago when our old one starte failing to defroest.

Overall Pleased with item but bit disappointed that bottom shelf in fridge doesn’t fit a bottle in it

Not thrilled with this product. I actually returned it as it was not big enough & had been damaged while being installed. Disappointingly, there is not enough height in the door storage for a bottle of sparkling water or wine.

Hotpoint HBC185050F1 Integrated 50/50 Frost Free Fridge Freezer Excellent product - very quiet - Inside is light and bight. Would strongly recommend this Fridge Freezer. All visitors say Wow!! A big tip; When ordering ensure that you order the right type of Fridge Freezer that are many combinations 50/50 , 60/40 etc . Ours was a built in (integrated Fridge Freezer) and door needed to open from other side

The fridge freezer is working fine, no problems at all. This item however is very tall and l need to use my step ladders to reach the top shelf! I didn’t realise how tall it was when ordering. Also there is no wine rack in the fridge. Only been in use for two weeks.
