Awful product lasted 12 months then flames came out and Hisense refused to replace it. Terrible customer service would never buy from them again.

first one delivered none of the buttons worked, this had to be retuned which required going through Hisense which was a little inconvenient considering it was faulty out of the box and required a fair bit of admin form me. replacement now fitted and all seems fine. Its a basic Microwave but it does a job.

Works, functions fine however The door feels really cheap plasticky, it is black integrated at eye level above oven yet they have used steel door hinges which are clearly on show when door closed...? Totally spoils the look, should have been black (I am going to paint them black as really miffs me. The really annoying thing is the LED is the most cheap nasty looking electric blue LED, I bought matching Oven which has a nice clean subdued modern looking clean toned down blue LED so with bothe LEDs fitted one above other looks very odd. I will be contacting Hisense as really think this is unacceptable not to match the LEDs in a kitchen range- just plain daft (and Cheap) So if black hinges & matching clean Led as Oven would have scored 5 stars

Little bit annoyed annoyed with surrounding trim. Perhaps should of left blue protection until set in place. easily scuffed up !

Our old microwave died suddenly. This shiny new one is a credit to its species.

Small but practitcal

I haven't yet had the microwave fitted, electricians are hard to book these days, only interested in full rewires etc. but looking at it in the box, it's exactly what I was looking for and I can't wait to use it.

Small door which is a struggle to get a normal sized round plate in and out. The housing around the door is unusually big and there didnt need to be so much room for the control panel on the right. However it’s a nice sleek looking microwave. It’s dead simple to use just press the start button and it goes in intervals of 30 seconds so press it again and you get a minute and so on. I noticed a review of the plug being moulded. I haven’t had to do anything to the plug or socket. It goes in as normal. Not sure if you’re meant to do something with the plug if the socket is directly behind the microwave? Does this cause hazard issues?
