Awful product lasted 12 months then flames came out and Hisense refused to replace it. Terrible customer service would never buy from them again.

first one delivered none of the buttons worked, this had to be retuned which required going through Hisense which was a little inconvenient considering it was faulty out of the box and required a fair bit of admin form me.
replacement now fitted and all seems fine. Its a basic Microwave but it does a job.
