It's a massive freezer with pull out draws, lots of room, I think the ice tray isn't so good as the ice doesn't come out properly so I don't use it and the pizza part on the door a waste of time But the freezer it's self is amazing, if I got to pick a new freezer all over again I would still have the same one love it

This freezer is so easy to use, particularly after being used to a smaller one with only a couple of drawers. The lack of frost is fabulous, and No de-frosting! It takes all our frozen food and as we grow a lot of soft fruits it’s perfect for keeping fresh fruits over the winter.

A great size. Really impressed with the ‘frost free’ technology. Haier isn’t a brand I’d heard of previously but glad we took a chance!

Purchased this item in 2019, it broke down after 2 years (out of warranty of course). Had it repaired, it broke down again at 4 years (same fault). Haier service department did not want to know. The original breakdown took them three visits to fix and the service agent did not seem to know what he was doing. Would not purchase this product again. A shame that Ao.com do not appear to have an extended warranty scheme.

I am very pleased with the function, design and quality of the freezer. It is very quiet in running and accommodates a lot of food! Awkward size objects are easy to store in the large boxes. The neat pocket in the door is great for storing ice creams or pizzas. A quick tap on the door panel reassures you of the temperature inside the freezer. Nothing to dislike and a lot to like.
