The AO delivery guys helpfully lifted the freezer over a table for us. Got all the sticky tape off and rolled it into the cupboard and it made a scraping noise from the bottom and would not level. Had a look underneath and the metal cross member that supports the compressor was bent downwards it was below the castors at the back, so it just wobbled and could not be levelled. AO are waiting for the next delivery before replacing. I do not know how this could have happend.

Our Freezer broke. We had to get a new freezer quick. I searched on the very easy to use app literally first thing in the morning. I applied filters to what I needed & read the reviews. I chose a brand I didn’t know. It arrived the very next day. It is beautiful. The design & quality is better than expected. I tracked the delivery whilst at work. When it got close I could get home quick to take delivery. The team was friendly and was in & out in minutes. Never has buying a new appliance been so easy. We love it. I have peace of mind. Very easy monthly repayments & I could even choose the payment date online via the finance company. It’s my 4th appliance from AO,com. You will never see me in another store ever again. Identified this product because of its capacity and we are not disappointed. Our old freezer was 14 years old and had become very noisy. Plastic parts had started to fail so we took the plunge. This is a great freezer with all the room it promised even room for a small Pizza in the door and yes it does fit. Controls are easy to understand. The temperature display does turn off after a few seconds and I would prefer it did not but that's the only negative I can find and touching a button displays it again so not a show stopper. It has some very deep drawers so Turkey is no problem indeed tongue in cheek a small Emu would probably fit. Comes with an interesting Ice cube maker which we have yet to try. The finish is good and it does have a metal back for those interested in such things. Did I mention its quite? It makes our old freezer sound like a 747 on full thrust takeoff. So far very happy with this device.

Great service from the outset, two burly chaps struggled to get my old big freezer out of the house but they did it with a smile . Nice and quiet freezer and it has a light inside and a pizza storage area . Yey.

As this item was going in the garage rather than the kitchen, we weren't fussed about having all the features that some of the top-end freezers come with now. We really just wanted to make good use of space to keep a load of food cold. It was a good size, and feels well built. Good value for money for being a simple 'keep stuff cold' freezer.
