After I recieved my freezer I emailed ao.com straight away with the pictures..because there were few scratches on the door & glue mark looks like a stain.. I even rang next day & on hold for an hour.. the line cut off automatically.. I left my number but no one contacted me yet..Customer service is awful.. I will contact them again until this is sorted.

It's a good freezer with lots of good features but the design is not great. The biggest issue is it's designed to be lower at the back so stands at an angle of about 10deg so looks terrible. Spoken with Haier and apparently this is to help the door close? Mine is next to a corner of a wall which makes it look completely crooked so I've had to improvise something to level it up.

internal capacity smaller than the freezer being replaced despite the external size being larger, assuming the frost free status is the reason but approximately one shelf less storage. Baskets are 2 inches less wide and deep. The door handle seems to be a bit odd in that it forces open the door by leverage not sure how that will stand up to the test of time.

Generaly a good product, however look out for the limited leveling provided by the front feet. These are not symetrical as a door hing plate limits the degree to which the hinge side foot can be shortened, in my case I has to raise the non adjustable rear to level it !

Very happy with it after years of struggling to find stuff in a chest freezer this is bliss, open the door and you can find things easily. Plenty of room and 2 of the drawers are bigger for bulkier items so no struggling to get larger items in., the ice tray is a bit of a faff but otherwise very happy with it.

Great freezer, but and awful handle that I believe will break within a couple of years

I am really excited about getting this freezer as I have a fridge freezer by Haier, which I am happy with. I am very happy with the amount of space and number of compartments. I would have liked it in silver but not turned off by the fact that it is in white.
