internal capacity smaller than the freezer being replaced despite the external size being larger, assuming the frost free status is the reason but approximately one shelf less storage. Baskets are 2 inches less wide and deep. The door handle seems to be a bit odd in that it forces open the door by leverage not sure how that will stand up to the test of time.

Bought this in June 2020 and it stopped working whilst on holiday in September 2021. All products ruined. Earliest service call offered is 10 days time - very poor after sales service. It is also noisy

We bought this tall freezer as an additional freezer to go in our spare room because we found our normal kitchen fridge freezer wasn't holding as much of our batch cooks as we would like, and we were trying to fit a lot of frozen dog treats and food in as well as our own food. This is an absolutely wonderful freezer, fits all our extra batch cooks, dog treats, and other frozen products. We had friends stay over in the room that contains the freezer and both of them said they weren't kept awake by the noise of the freezer. Good large capacity, there are only two of us most of the time but there is room to keep food in for when we have my three children every other weekend as well as our own food in excess! Love the digital display that tells you the temperature and sounds an alarm if the temperature drops (rises) too high. There is also a fast freeze button for when you've been shopping or if you want to pop some raw meat in to freeze quickly. Also, love the fact that you have some drop-open drawer fronts, some pull out and 2 extra deep drawers. There is also a nifty little ice maker with a scoop included, you have to make the ice yourself but we use so little that it's just novelty for us really. I will probably take it out after a few weeks to make space for more food instead, but if you use a lot of ice, it's perfect! Very energy efficient and more so than the bigger brand name freezers that we looked at when deciding on our freezer. Never heard of Haier before but thought we would give it a try and we are not disappointed.

exactly what we were looking for. slightly smaller than our previous chest freezer but easier to find things on the different shelves / compartments.

This is a super freezer. We bought it alongside a tall upright fridge to replace our old fridge/freezer and chest freezer as we have two growing boys who need the extra food! This freezer is very spacious, loads of room inside and some nice little features you’d expect from a more expensive model. We are very pleased.

We are very happy with this purchase and consider it to be very good value for a frost free freezer of this size. It is good quality and well made and it looks good.

We’re really happy with our new freezer. It’s easy to open, has a separate area for at least two pizzas in the door section which is very handy. The draws are very spacious and has two extra large draws and the others are all the same size. I would recommend this freezer in a heart beat!

Lovely freezer, really cool little extras like the fancy ice tray and the pizza box holder is sick.
