As this item was going in the garage rather than the kitchen, we weren't fussed about having all the features that some of the top-end freezers come with now. We really just wanted to make good use of space to keep a load of food cold. It was a good size, and feels well built. Good value for money for being a simple 'keep stuff cold' freezer.

Our Freezer broke. We had to get a new freezer quick. I searched on the very easy to use app literally first thing in the morning. I applied filters to what I needed & read the reviews. I chose a brand I didn’t know. It arrived the very next day. It is beautiful. The design & quality is better than expected. I tracked the delivery whilst at work. When it got close I could get home quick to take delivery. The team was friendly and was in & out in minutes. Never has buying a new appliance been so easy. We love it. I have peace of mind. Very easy monthly repayments & I could even choose the payment date online via the finance company. It’s my 4th appliance from AO,com. You will never see me in another store ever again. This is the second haier freezer I have bought . It is very well priced . Has large, wide drawers which is hard to find now that most freezers have very thick walls and tiny inside. It is frost free and very easy to clean . Easy to order any replacement parts. All round , very good purchase

Freezer arrived looking lovely, and delivered by 2 helpful delivery guys. There ends the good news. Followed start up instructions in manual. 1 1/2 hours after switching it on there was an alarming bang from the freezer! Opened the door to find one of the glass shelves had shattered into tiny pieces!!! They were everywhere, and it was lucky no food was in the there, because it would have been unsafe to eat it. I phoned the helpline and was told to turn off freezer and not use it, and that someone would phone me back next day to confirm, but I would have a new freezer delivered within a few days. No one called back, so I phoned again. This time was told I should continue using freezer, and would be sent a new glass shelf within a few days. A week later I have still not received it!!! I'm also slightly nervous that I shouldn't be using this freezer, as initial advice given. Have no faith in freezer or vendor.

Our old upright freezer gave up the ghost so we ordered a new one. It is the prefect size, it is almost silent and claims to be very efficient. Love it!

As described online, attractive heavier duty freezer drawers

Seems like a sturdy freezer. Nice to look at. Hopefully it will last for many years. The ice cube tray that comes with it should be good but it is difficult to fill without it spilling into the container below
