Product is basic and so easy to use but the only way to clean the filter is to wash it under tap, my previous Hotpoint dryer filter we just run hoover over it or wiped with a damp hand, but this filter the flick is inside the filter

Looks smart, only used once but it worked fine, and was easy to empty the water and clean the filter after.

Simple to use and give fluffy towels. Easy to remove the compartments to empty the condensed water, and to remove fluff.

Good for the money and fairly quiet. Nothing fancy but you get what you pay for. Very easy to use and looks nice. It seems good quality too.

We have had this product for a couple of weeks now and so far I am really happy with this product. Great capacity, easy to use and the condenser part is easy to empty.

Does the job for a busy family of 4 and q lot quieter than our previous one. Water tray is smaller so needs emptying more often but apart from that very happy.

A bit early to tell in reliability but so far great product. Huge drum, simple layout, easy to use and easy to empty water cartridge. Two heat settings great results so far

Very good product and happy with my purchase for the price. Got no issues yet but you never know.
