We made this incredibly exciting purchase as we were getting cold walking around in wet clothes. Apparently this machine tumbles your clothes and dries them at the same time, which sounds like lots of fun, so we ordered one. When it arrived the whole village came to view the magic new machine. We removed our wet clothes and put them in the machine. The delivery guys said it was best if the machine went in the house, which they kindly did for us. We turned the machine on, but nothing happened. Then a clever neighbour pointed out that the long tail with the pointy bits had to go into a 'socket'. After some time we located one and hey presto the spinning bit spun. After watching for about 20 minutes the neighbours got bored and returned home. Once the clothes were dry we proudly took them around the village for everyone to see. Everyone was so impressed. We then got dressed and went home for a cup of well earned tea.

Not really happy with it, was drying clothes quickly but has now developed a leak in the right corner where the condenser fan is, an engineer will now be required to be sent out for a repair, it's a small amount of water leaking but these tumble dryers should be leak proof they should not leak it's a dryer it's main job is to dry clothes, I've washed out the condenser, and also clean the lint filter and empty out water container after each drying cycle. Im disappointed as I've spent money on this and not really happy about it!.

Brilliant service & happy with my appliances used AOL before and recommend to everyone. I am always updated with any delays and delivery times are always spot on. Drivers are always really helpful and friendly with nothing too much trouble. So refreshing as this seems to be an exception these days with most companies. AOL are my 'go to' now

Very good dryer as it's easy to use and dries quicker than my last dryer. The indicator to say the condenser water container needs emptying is very useful to avoid water leaking or affect the drying time. The filter is easy to clear and, being two-sided, prevents fluff escaping into the casing, which happened with my last dryer. I like the strong door hinges and handle.

Great product for a good price. Fairly quiet which is a plus. Standard choice of two heat settings. Just an all round great machine, no negatives

Always buy Hotpoint, this replacement is for a 14year old one. Happy with it easy to use, good instructions

Excellent drier and easy for a golden oldie to operate

This item is simple to use and effective in its usage. It is quiet and the clothes come out untangled. I like this dryer a lot.
