only 3 days old and fault developed waiting for reply from hotpoint.

Not really happy with it, was drying clothes quickly but has now developed a leak in the right corner where the condenser fan is, an engineer will now be required to be sent out for a repair, it's a small amount of water leaking but these tumble dryers should be leak proof they should not leak it's a dryer it's main job is to dry clothes, I've washed out the condenser, and also clean the lint filter and empty out water container after each drying cycle. Im disappointed as I've spent money on this and not really happy about it!.

It has broken after 2 weeks

Purchased March 2022 from AO. Was pleased with the product until its sudden heat loss. It’s disappointing as it’s only used in winter months no more than three times a week no more than 30 minutes each time. It’s kept clean with filters cleaned on a regular basis. My old dryer worked for over 10 years so expected more out of this one especially due to the good reviews it received and normally I have found Hotpoint products are very reliable. For ease of use I would have given 5 stars but downgraded to having a fault so soon.

It's a good simple machine for the money. It's too early to comment on reliability.

Great condenser tumbe dryer at a reasonable price. Customer service and delivery were excellent, nothing negative to say about the experience :)
