This is one of those wonderful items that just does exactly what you need it to do. It dries clothes!!! Nothing complex or fancy, it just does its job and we love it for it. Our last model, which was almost identical to this, lasted over ten years of pretty heavy service. If this one lasts as long we will be very happy.

Very good value for money and easy to use

Well l have had my new dryer a month now. It took a little getting used to at first but now l have used it a few times l am very pleased with it. It is very simple to use just select the time you want the dryer on for using the timer, press the button for desired heat level you require and you are off! I like been able to open thebdryer door halfway through the cycle to throw in that pesky odd sock l found l had missed when l emptied thevwasher. Some people complained about the water reserve been difficult to empty... not at all once you know what angle to hold it as you pour it out. Even if you do leave a few drops in it it's no big deal. The only minus l found with the machine is that is doesn't have adjustable feet so you either need a very level floor or a little cardboard! Very pleased with my purchase.

Efficient condenser dryer without bells and whistle features to go wrong. Easy to load, operate, empty water and clean the lint filter. Shame the frame of the appliance is dominated by plastic unlike the former steel chassis, and no means of levelling the unit.

I previously had a Hotpoint condenser tumble dryer but it started belching grey smoke so I had to get rid of it. I had hoped that this tumble dryer would fit into the cupboard like the old one but unfortunately they have changed the design and I was unable to open the condenser unit to clean it without taking the front of the tumble dryer off. Very disappointing but I had accepted delivery of it so there was nothing I could do. I had measured the machine but didn't realise about the change of layout. As tumble dryers go this is a reasonable size and easy to operate machine. I did not want one that has lots of tricks i.e. one that can decide how long to tumble your washing for - I would rather do this myself. One grumble is the VERY small text on the front of the machine. It is so small even with reading glasses on. THIS NEEDS TO BE LARGER!
