Brought it for my 97 year old mother, she is happy with it as last freezer was broken for ages.

It does the job nothing special but what you would expect for the price

Produced damaged. Customer service should have contacted me by phone but have heard nothing. This was one week ago.

It's a nice freezer. The only thing is for me, is that the the door opener is not deep enough for your fingers to open and too close to the top of the freezer, hurts your fingers a little, I have to open the door at the side as well. Overall a nice little freezer.

A good price and was delivered very quickly

Freezer is slightly smaller than my last one but I knew that before buying. Space available could not accommodate a slightly larger Freezer. It's less noisy than previous one but there is a clicking noise every so often. Tried asking question online but no answer. Overall pleased with purchase can't tell if there's any change to electric consumption.

Seems decent enough

Great freezer, we just hope that it lasts as long as our previous Electra freezer, which we had for 43 years !!
