The draw are hard to open and close.When you think you have the doors in they are not and no matter how you settle them it does not fit well in the freezer which cause the freezer door not to close correctly

Product does not work, called AO to report the problem, was promised a call back to follow up but never received one. Freezer that doesn't work and poor customer service.

Very very noisy. I can hear it from the other end of my flat. It's unbearable, but I have no choice as it's the only size that would fit under my counter.

Compact and nice looking freezer but it makes a lot of very annoying, quite loud clicking/tocking noises when it is cooling. I actually sent the first one back as faulty due to this (engineer sent out v quickly by Electra and ao replaced swiftly so great service from them) but the replacement does the same so appears to just be what it does. I can minimise it by turning thermostat down to lowest but stil does it. Sadly this is the only freezer that will fit in the space I have for it.

Mildly disappointing. The drawers aren't very big, and don't feel stable when pulled out, I worry that they will fall out while I am looking for things in them. The write up says the door can be hung on either side - I bought a Bosch fridge-freezer years ago and found it easy to swap the doors so they were hung on the left instead of the right. This freezer arrived with the door hung on the right hand side - I wanted it to hang on the left, so I checked the instructions, which told me to contact the local service centre! Not what I wanted to read with a brand new item

It's fine for the price, the energy rating is poor.

The freezer was purchased for my Dad, it's fine as a freezer, but the lip under the top of it where the door opens is very sharp, and his carer scraped the top of her fingers skin off, so needs a sign on to say open at the side. Not great, bit not expensive
