Only just had it but it appears fine. Fits under the worktop and the door can be reversed. Only one criticism, the temperature control knob is at the back and unreachable with the freezer in position under the worktop.

Product does not work, called AO to report the problem, was promised a call back to follow up but never received one. Freezer that doesn't work and poor customer service.

We wanted a small second freezer to supplement our American fridge freezer and help with batch cooking etc. It needed to fit into a very small cupboard space so the size of this was perfect. It was delivered quickly and efficiently, and AO were extremely helpful as always. The reviews had said it was hard to adjust the temperature setting because of its position on the back, but we set it to what we would need and then pushed it back into place - freezers aren't something you adjust the temperature on often so this really isn't an issue for us. Other reviews said it was quite loud but we haven't found it to be at all. It has frozen everything perfectly, fits in far more than I imagined when I saw it, and all in all was an excellent purchase for not much more than a secondhand one would have cost us! Really pleased.

Glad to be able to find an undercounter freezer that fitted the limited space that I had. Great energy rating, and cheaper to run than my old one! Also self defrosts so saves a lot of time and effort there! ??

The draw are hard to open and close.When you think you have the doors in they are not and no matter how you settle them it does not fit well in the freezer which cause the freezer door not to close correctly

We just had a new kitchen fitted with an integrated fridge-freezer but find ourselves short of freezer space. This little Electra freezer fits the bill exactly. It supplements our existing freezing capacity and will be invaluable for the extra goodies we all invariably buy on the lead up to the festive season.
