Great dishwasher - I wish I got a newer one earlier. Brilliant 30min wash in ECO mode to help save water and so far, the dish's have come out cleaner than ever

I particularly like the third tray for cutlery. Can fit in much more than a conventional basket. It's quiet and efficient with an ECO mode to save fuel and water. Really pleased with the dishwasher.

Quite disappointed with this product as did some research prior to purchasing. Quite flimsy, difficult to load and does not dry - it does not matter on which setting

It is useless. We had it installed by ao and packaging taken away along with our old one and tested, which just means turning it on. However what we found is that it does not clean properly and does not dry. Also found it does not fit standard 12" plates, these block the middle wash arm, suspect because the top cutlery tray means that the middle shelf is lower, so not as much room as our last dishwasher. The rack trays look cheap and flimsy and will not last long. But at the end of the day, the purpose of the machine is to clean dishes and it does not do that, so pointless.

There are more expensive and less expensive dishwashers, but after much research and with fingers crossed, we chose Samsung Series 6 DW60M6050FW. We are very pleased with our choice. Cleaning quality and the low noise easily meet our needs. It is true there are superior energy rated machines on the market but in reality, the financial saving is marginal compared to the purchase cost of the machine and what it delivers.

Overall it cleans ‘ok’, we had a Bosch prior to this Samsung and it got the dishes slightly cleaner. Cutlery tray takes a little getting used to, due to its position the upper tray for bowls and glasses cannot take tall glasses as otherwise our dishes don’t fit in the lower rack. Dishes don’t come out completely dry as you’d expect, but then we’ve only had the product two weeks and been away for one of those. Seems ‘ok’ as a product so far but can’t say I’d be rushing to recommend it yet.

Draws feel a little flimsy

Great dishwasher. Love the adjustable top tray and the Cutlery tray is definitely an improvement from the basket we had before. Quiet when in use.
