I would not give this product any stars. The product and aftercare service I have received is a disgrace!! I only received 6 weeks of use from this machine, was told to sort out the warranty repair with Samsung. The engineer came out & said these dishwasher are always faulty on a certain setting, he then cable tied the faulty part together & said it should work. It doesn't work, Samsung dont care & don't offer any refund on their products (tells you how good their products are) AO are doing nothing to help & just keep referring me to Samsung. AVOID UNLESS YOU WANT TO BANG YOUR HEAD AGAINST A BRICK WALL!!!!

The cutlery rack is not fit for purpose, any cutlery larger than a standard size used for eating does not fit in at all as the ridges/slots are far too shallow. The standard size cutlery can fit but REALLY awkward to put in, again because the slots are so shallow. When we reopen and pull the rack out later half of the cutlery has slipped out its slot and lying flat. The screaming question every evening when I have to use it is who could have designed this and who passed this design off? When the dishwasher arrived, we did an empty prewash as advised so not aware of this problem until later. So, we cannot return as now used and we are stuck with an appliance we don't want. Dishwasher cleans okay and arrived promptly-

Absolute rubbish can only fit plates in bottom rack if middle shelf is in the up position which then means you cannot fit glasses etc in middle section, cutlery tray is useless, doesn’t wash or dry properly on any setting, glass items often still have food residue on them even though we rinse everything before putting them in, by far the worst dishwasher ever purchased, will not buy Samsung again.. be warned

Quite disappointed with this product as did some research prior to purchasing. Quite flimsy, difficult to load and does not dry - it does not matter on which setting

It is useless. We had it installed by ao and packaging taken away along with our old one and tested, which just means turning it on. However what we found is that it does not clean properly and does not dry. Also found it does not fit standard 12" plates, these block the middle wash arm, suspect because the top cutlery tray means that the middle shelf is lower, so not as much room as our last dishwasher. The rack trays look cheap and flimsy and will not last long. But at the end of the day, the purpose of the machine is to clean dishes and it does not do that, so pointless.

Don't waste your money!!!! Doesn't clean anything, especially cutlery at the top and don't seem to be able to get as much in it as my old dishwasher. Looking to replace after only 8 months because of this!!!

The dishwasher is good but drying part is RUBBISH they don’t dry is wast the money to buy is not worth what is the point buying dish washer and you have to dry the dish same problem I have with sharp as well I send it back please look probably before you Buy I personally look and buy like Miele some Bosch is good nef thanks bye Ruth bell

This is a terrible dishwasher. The spaces for glasses and mugs are too narrow, so everything falls over. Nothing in the cutlery drawer gets cleaned properly. After about 10 weeks, it developed a fault with the heating element. Samsung customer service is awful. If you phone, you get through to someone who barely speaks English and appears to know nothing about dishwashers. Eventually I found a way to book a repair visit on the Samsung website - hopefully that will fix the problem. After this experience, I am never buying another product from Samsung again.
