The problem with this dishwasher is it does not dry very well & you will struggle getting a pint glass in, does wash very well and is quite on the + side. Shame you have to dry the load at the end of the wash very disappointing.

Poorly designed, will not fit plates more than 10 inch diameter unless you raise the upper basket, which means you cannot fit glasses more than the size of a standard mug in, unless you remove the cutlery tray. Also, you cannot fit standard size baking trays in it at all - the plate spikes are not wide enough. You also cannot load wine glasses or any stemmed glass at all. Think long and hard whether these points are what's useful to you. You cannot return this dishwasher and yet your money back if you have used it - and you won't know if this works for you, until you've tried it. (Not a fault on AO, this is standard for anywhere) overall, I wish I'd read and understood the other reviewers comments, instead of being hellbent on getting a Samsung dishwasher. Very disappointed.

Its my own fault. I read the reviews, but really, really wanted a Samsung, as my other appliances are Samsung. However, as other reviewers have said, you cannot fit "big" plates in (and our plates are 10.5 inches), without raising the upper basket. "Tall" glasses (Taller than the size of a mug) will not fit - they have to go on the lower basket. You cannot put things like baking trays in, as the plate spikes are just not wide enough to support this and this is a major disappointment to me. The cutlery shelf is good though - and, I have now discovered - can be shifted, so the basket below can accommodate slightly taller glasses, but only if you load the basket through this gap and shut them up at the same time. It does wash well though and dishes come out fairly dry. Programmes are long (but I've only used it twice, so far). It'll take some getting used to, but as the header says, I really wish I'd taken note of what other reviewers had said. Now I have to live with it until it breaks.

Overall it cleans ‘ok’, we had a Bosch prior to this Samsung and it got the dishes slightly cleaner. Cutlery tray takes a little getting used to, due to its position the upper tray for bowls and glasses cannot take tall glasses as otherwise our dishes don’t fit in the lower rack. Dishes don’t come out completely dry as you’d expect, but then we’ve only had the product two weeks and been away for one of those. Seems ‘ok’ as a product so far but can’t say I’d be rushing to recommend it yet.

disappointed...chose model because of the stated 30 mins fast programme...problem is this has no final drying period so all is soaking wet after the 2 x rinses...the next programme to have a drying period at end is a tedious 60 mins.......also theres no cutlery basket but instead a full size 'tray' at the interior top....this is annoyingly time consuming in use...i like the samsung brand but these features do spoil the rest of this model....they were not apparent when placing my order.... cannot recommend this model...why does the 30 mins programme lack a drying period...not logical !

We were actually rather disappointed with this dishwasher. Because of the cutlery tray taking up so much room, the bottom rack doesn't fit our plates in, so we've had to buy new ones. The tray for glasses only fits small tumblers. The fast wash cycle leaves plates quite wet. Not great for a busy family.

Nice looking,quite,loads of programs,but really disappointed with the stupid cutlery shelf. The upper shelf doesn’t really except little plates and dishes Or tall glasses ,because the cutlery shelf is in the way, although you can lower the upper draw the small plates and dishes still do not fit without a struggle. Would I recommend ,it’s ok for us. But not over happy

Jury still out on this one atm! Like the shorter programmes, has plenty of choice, is quiet and looks nice. My only question at the moment is how well it cleans the cutlery in the cutlery draw. I've loaded it as per the instructions yet some utensils are coming out dirty so need rewashing or placing on the tray below. I do like that the bottom shelf isn't taken up by a cutlery basket though so swings and roundabouts!
