This dishwasher is only suitable for a dollies tea set. I can’t get very much in it at all. The programs don’t wash very well and does not dry either. I have had 4 other dishwasher in the same price bracket. This one is the worst one ever.

The layout of the shelves in the dishwasher are not fit purpose. Top cutlery shelf, great idea. Middle shelf for Glasses / Cups, height adjustable on 2 levels, bottom shelf plates etc When the middle shelf is up, cups and glasses don’t fit, if lowered, the spray arm hits the plates and on certain wash settings doesn’t wash correctly, this is because the spray arm doesn’t spin as it should. My plates are only 10.5CM. Spoke to a friend who has Bosch, same layout with the 3 shelves, his plates are a a "cm" bigger and does not have this issue. We have had an inspection by an independent company, arranged by Samsung (via AO), who have reported no fault found, which we knew but had to go through that process, the engineer who came out agreed that it is a bad design and had seen this on numerous occasions, so why are AO still selling this model? AO have agreed to replace, after a multitude of calls with a manager and we had to get the inspection and complain to make this happen. 100% a design flaw. DO NOT BUY THIS DISHWASHER

Its is ok, very poorly designed shelves but we have managed to work around that (clean glasses in the sink) cleaning it is good however just cant get over the shelves

It's little more than ok. The program defaults to over 4 hours. The cutlery tray is stiff to open and awkward to load. The top tray allows small dishes to fall out. The plate racks are not a great fit for our plates - they are too close together and flop on to each other. So far, it seems to have got the dishes reasonably clean (when leaving gaps between plates)

On the plus side it’s is nice and quiet, but the downside my dinner plates don’t fit which is really frustrating as I paid next day delivery due to the inconvenience of not having a dishwasher to find I’m having to wash my dinner plates anyway and will have to buy new ones to fit. I personally wished I had spent the extra and got a Bosch dishwasher again, which I couldn’t fault apart from the heating element going after 3 years, which is why I picked a different named brand.

Seems good when it worked but it leaked

Doesn’t clean very well. Not as well built as our old dishwasher. Wouldn’t buy another one of this make. Very disappoint as we have a number of products made by Samsung which are very good.

After a couple of uses this dishwasher is very good at cleaning which is what it is supposed to do admittedly. It is however hard to load. The cutlery tray means there is less space for big items on the top shelf. The top shelf does lower however if you do that and have a big plate on the bottom shelf the blades don't spin around making this feature useless! I probably wouldn’t recommend this product because of that.
