Bought as our Samsung washing machine brilliant but this dryer is useless for drying bedding, it gets all twisted & big damp patches, have to do 1 item at a time & keep taking out & shaking every 5 mins. I think dryer only rotates one way. Otherwise pleased for clothes, but large household & clean bedding important!!! I would have returned it but outside 30 days

Due to the increase in energy bills are once faithful running aga became too expensive to run and because during the winter we would use it to dry our clothes in front of it . So we needed something to dry our clothes and was cheap to use ,I was bit apprehensive about heat pump technology but checked out the reviews on the Samsung and it sounded like a good investment. The heat pump dryers are a bit more expensive but since we have had it I was pleasantly surprised according to our energy use reader it works out at 12p an hour to use, so the towels setting runs for hour and a half and towels are perfectly dry and it only cost 18p just brilliant. Even washed our pillows and used it to dry them , it’s great . Time will tell if it lasts . But overall really pleased

Very good features for the price. Easy to use and set up. Dries clothes gently. Uses less heat/power to achieve a great result. Simple to connect to Samsung Smartthings app.

Really Impressed with this tumble dryer, it’s quiet when running has lots of different settings and plays a tune when finished. I have had a few dyers and this is by far the best one.

Great product, have been using it for couple of weeks now. Easy to operate, low noise and easy to maintain/clean. Very efficient in terms of energy consumption and run time to get full load dried. It is 5 years warranty so beats any other alternative in its price range.

Noisy and takes longer that non heat pump dryer. Not SmartThings compatible. Works with Samsung Smart Washer app for error codes. Yet to see if it saves any energy.

This tumble dryer is great, I do up to two loads of washing a day as have two young, messy boys and have work uniform to wash. It dries a full 9kg load in 3hours and costs half the amount to run compared to my previous dryer which is a bonus! It comes with a flat rack for shoes or dry flat items, this wasn't in the description so I was really pleased with this extra. Payed out a little more for this tumble dryer as it will hopefully last the 5 year warranty, and save me money long term with the cost of electricity going up and up. I need clothes dried and don't always have time to put washing on the line, so a great investment really. Got lots of different settings, suitable for my needs, and I also thought it was fairly quiet in comparison to my previous condenser dryer. Overall I would give 5 stars, got it at clearance price, with 10% off, free 5 year warranty, free recycling of old appliance and speedy delivery. Will definitely use AO for future purchases.

Absolutely wonderful. Extreme quiet, don’t even know it’s running. Drum is huge. I recommend this highly.
