Noisy and takes longer that non heat pump dryer. Not SmartThings compatible. Works with Samsung Smart Washer app for error codes. Yet to see if it saves any energy.

Love this machine. So quick when drying and quiet. And looks so sleek and stylish

Although it's probably a very good machine, it does not reach over 50°. I needed one that would, so it went back. If I could have had access to the instruction manual before I bought it, I would not have.

Bought as our Samsung washing machine brilliant but this dryer is useless for drying bedding, it gets all twisted & big damp patches, have to do 1 item at a time & keep taking out & shaking every 5 mins. I think dryer only rotates one way. Otherwise pleased for clothes, but large household & clean bedding important!!! I would have returned it but outside 30 days

The Good: Dries well, generally not too loud, and has a good selection of programmes to choose from. The Bad: Lint is often found past the filter and in the door seal, so not all of it is captured The Ugly: Changing the direction of the door requires removing the seal on the door. The door seal is the worst designed piece of this entire machine, often falling off/out of the push-fit groove. It's fiddly to put back, and will fall out again (often the next time the door is opened). This reduces efficiency of the machine, makes squealing noises as air and lint escapes, and causes

I bought it because of its fab reviews and energy saving. I’m still trying to figure out the drying time. About energy saving I Will know when I will get my energy bill.

So far, so good! Product could be stacked on top of our Samsung washing machine with stacking kit. It dries well. Reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is the filters are a bit of a pain and fiddly especially as they do get fluffy after each cycle so need to be emptied regularly. Also this machine still insists on thinking it knows better than me when the clothes are dry and sometimes ends the cycle while clothes are still damp.

Once I worked out what was the best setting ,was what I expected from a Samsung product, very quite , Did take a while to work out what was the best programme to use .
