Love this machine. So quick when drying and quiet. And looks so sleek and stylish

Brilliant, simply brilliant. Easy to install and use. It looks good and does an amazing job. I was shocked when we first emptied the water draw, I didn't realise how much water this marvelous machine takes out of the washing. It has what appears to be a double filter system which helps it do an even better job. We love it.

Updated to match Samsung washing machine and opted fro heat pump machine. Once in place it is very simple to choose programmes. The timing is worked out by machine throughout cycle, so it takes less time than my previous tumble dryer. It is easy to clean and remove lint from filter. There is a drawer to empty water so there is absolutely no need to install this to the plumbing system. A simple and intelligent machine that makes family laundry much simpler. As with all Samsung machines it has a musical tune at the end of each cycle! Can be helpful if you are busy on other tasks, but also quite loud but easy to just switch machine off for silence.

Love this dryer so glad I bought it definitely has made difference in the way laundry is now done in my home, I definitely recommend this dryer.

The automatic modes are a little strange to start with, but having gotten used to the different settings, it is a pleasure to use. The filter needs cleaning quite often, although the machine will tell you before the performance is affected. The special brush is a great addition. I have yet to use the shoe rack but the foam protective wrap it comes in makes the most comfortable makeshift knee pad when cleaning the filters. Be aware, it is a heavy piece of equipment. Opt for installation if this may be an issue. It does take more time than a vented or condenser dryer but it uses much less heat so clothes should last longer and energy savings should cover the high price. Very impressed so far.

Noisy and takes longer that non heat pump dryer. Not SmartThings compatible. Works with Samsung Smart Washer app for error codes. Yet to see if it saves any energy.

Replaced my trusty Miele after 14 years of daily use! Delivery was excellent and constantly updated. Hate found it easy to use and it has so far been trouble free, only question is will it last the 14 years like the Miele?

Really pleased, does a great job but internal plastic has been easily scrapped and marked after a few uses
