Got to be honest, the price of a heat pump dryer vs condenser dryer was almost a deal breaker for me. Then did a little more research about efficiencies and running costs etc and decided to take the plunge and pay that little bit extra. Having recently moved into new flat and budgeting as best I can for things, I was pleasantly surprised just how little impact this was having on my electric usage (judging by smart meter) vs the condenser dryer at previous property. Maybe a little noisier than I expecting after reading other reviews but not loud. Works really well and I'm really happy with purchase. The 5yr warranty was also great offer at time.

Bought as our Samsung washing machine brilliant but this dryer is useless for drying bedding, it gets all twisted & big damp patches, have to do 1 item at a time & keep taking out & shaking every 5 mins. I think dryer only rotates one way. Otherwise pleased for clothes, but large household & clean bedding important!!! I would have returned it but outside 30 days

Usual high quality Samsung product. I particularly like the fact the water drainage can be plumbed tot he washing machine waste to remove the need of emptying a tank. Being A++ rated is great too as this will reduce the energy consuption (vs previous tumble drier).

really happy with this product - makes laundry easy. Little things like light in the drum, water level display, and ensuring all heat is used make this a great purchase. And usual great service from AO.com!

Lovely dryer, dries quicker than my old one and the room doesn't get hot because all the heat stays in the dryer! I love that it switches off when the washing is dry.

Superb Tumble dryer. We replaced our 7 year old beko condenser dryer with the Samsung heat pump. Machine is fairly quiet, quieter than the previous one for sure. I have been looking for a while on different models and makes, then once in a holiday cottage, the owners had this exact model so we were able to "test drive" it for a week. That made our mind. Had it for a month now, and see the difference in clothes and most importantly bills. Thanks AO for rapid delivery and great service too.
