So far I'm really impressed. It's well made and has a good design. Lots of different options for drying different types of clothes and good energy efficiency.

Great tumble drier! Really efficient and dries the clothes beautifully. Very quiet and use to use programmes. Looks very stylish, everything that I would expect from a Samsung product! I would definitely recommend this tumble drier.

Having never had a tumble dryer before I have nothing to compare it to. However, my experiences so far have been top drawer. I’ve used the towel, bedding, shirts and cotton cycles. Everything has come out completely dry and so soft at the end. I also really love the song it plays at the end of the cycle :) I can’t fault it.

We are very impressed with this dryer. We are a family of four with plenty of washing and this dryer drye much better than our old conventional dryer, while using less energy and being less hot and noisy. Some people complain heat pump dryers take too long, we have found this dries fast for us but we don’t really notice speed. We chick clothes in and turn it in and go about our other tasks. Come back later either when it sings it’s finishing song or when convenient and we have dry clothes. Feels like a good buy to us.

I've had this for a couple of weeks, and I love it! The timer sometimes makes me think that the cycle will take a long time, but often it finishes much earlier. (Having had a combi washer dryer before, I'm used to drying cycles taking ages.)
