Very good service, delivery guys very helpful and the product is working really well.

Bought this to replace our old vented dryer. Looking at our smart meter, it seems be using around 5-9p/hr compared to around 90p/hr for our old vented one, so very happy with that. Dries clothes well, and relatively quietly. Also dries bedding and towels well. Cycles take longer than our old vented dryer, but that's to be expected. Read other reviews about it not spinning in opposite directions. When using the bedding setting I found it spins clockwise for a long period of time and then anticlockwise for about 10 seconds, then back to clockwise. When washing lots of bedding (1 double sheet, 2 singles and 8 pillowcases, and then a second load of 1 double duvet cover and 2 singles) it does roll into a bit of a ball but they still come out dry, so no issues for us. Overall very happy with it, although the heat pump ones are still pretty expensive.

Overall heat pump dryers are a bit frustrating as take a lot longer to dry clothes but at least this one is quiet and looks nice. Enjoying not having to empty the water collector

Good product so far (early days)

Nice and easy to install, setup and use. (Excluding the rebuilding of the worktop in utility room) Only down side is, and should have checked first. This does not connect to Samsung smart things. Just assumed it would by default.

Very efficient and cheaper to run than I expected, generally takes much less time than indicated when you first turn it on (it adjusts the time down as it dries). Bit noisier than I hoped but no worse than any other tumble dryer I have had. Very pleased it can be plumbed in rather than emptying the water drawer.

Works great. Bit louder than expected, but we didn’t have a tumble dryer before so don’t really have anything to compare it to. Lots of different programs to choose from.
