Despite an extremely long drying cycle (3 1/2 hours) the clothes are never properly dry. Jeans are a particular problem. Definitely would not recommend.

Excellent dryer performance very well and very quiet. However be careful if an enclosed space - the container for the excess water is very long so makes it tricky to remove if your appliance is in an enclosed space.

Love our new tumbledryer. Easy to use and quick to dry large items.

Very good item, works well, comes with option to hard plumb or use drawer tank. Downside which in my opinion is a samsung design issue is, I bought this to match my grey Samsung washer, they are similar but not same, doors are different, ones black one clear, the lines don't match dryer is lower than the washer. Side by side they don't look right. Some areas are the same but let down by a few that are not.

Brilliant tumble dryer definitely glad we decided to upgrade to a heat pump dryer! Especially as our tumble dryer is in a small utility “cupboard” rather than a big utility room. Our previous one really heated the room up whereas now it stays nice and cool. I haven’t noticed any real difference in drying time with the heat pump technology but our clothes are coming out dry every time with the sensor drying technology. Love the extra features like the light inside the drum (brilliant for spotting any missed socks) the water level gauge on the front and the mixed load setting with alarm that beeps to let you know you can remove your dry synthetics for example so they don’t over dry while the rest of the load is finishing. Only minor flaw would be that I would prefer if the dryer actually stopped at the alarm on a mixed load as it’s easy to miss the alarm going off if your busy elsewhere in the house.

Samsung appliances have always been a big part of my household growing up, and now that I have my own home I have been building my collection. So far I have the WW5000 Washing Machine with ecobubble™, 8kg 1400rpm, DV5000 Heat Pump Tumble Dryer A++, 8kg & Three-Door with Twin Cooling Plus, 520 L Fridge. My next purchase will hopefully be a Samsung Dishwasher! I have had my Washing Machine for just over a week now and I absolutely love it! So many options/settings to choose from and it's so quiet which is amazing, also it looks fantastic next to my matching Tumble Dryer! Another reason I ALWAYS choose Samsung over any other household appliance brand is the Customer Service, I can not rate their service and manners enough!

The dryer is amazing it is really simple to use and the best part is u don't have to worry about overheating you laundry as it adjusts itself to the time required depending on the moisture inside, its the first time in months when i rediscovered the softness of my towels after just 1 use in this machine .And because i have a smart meter i could keep an eye on the consumption ..so it never goes over 500-600 wats and it doesen't stay there a long time it sorta of works most with the after heat not really sure but mostly is around 150-200 wats

I don't know how it works but it does. 100% better than my last machine.
