This dryer takes a long time to dry laundry i have tried various programmes but all take long periods i have been told this is because it is using different technology and I guess it may be because I’m not used to it yet I will remain hopeful

The new Samsung Heat Pump dryer in Graphite looks amazing. Its the first time we haven't had a white finish and it goes so well with our kitchen - very modern. It was very easy to install as we fitted the extra pipe provided to drain into the washing machine waste outlet already there which means no emptying of water tanks. It is a heat pump system which is new to us as we have always had vented dryers, but it seems very efficient, if a little noisier than the vented version. It does contain all the moisture and fluff in the filters rather than blowing outside which we like. It also means you can site it anywhere not just on an external wall. We bought the matching Graphite Washing machine and they look great stacked. A little surprise - Samsung products sing you a little tune when they have completed their cycle!

This was easy to set up, matches the previous Samsung washer we got from AO a while back, and dries clothes, bedding and towels super quick for a dryer. Love all the different drying options to suit the load. Delivery was on schedule and I had plenty warning for when it would arrive. It can be on the noisy side if you have items in with zippers etc, as it is with any dryer, but if you dont overfill it seems to dry most loads within an hour or so, so it isn't annoying for very long. I got this to handle bedding, towels and thicker clothing over the winter months and it's doing a grand job.

Great product, quiet and much cheaper to run than my previous condenser drier. It has sensor drying which cuts down on drying time. Initially I was weary about how long it might take to dry as I'd heard heat pumps take a lot longer. I needn't have worry as it is no different to my last drier, possibly even quicker.

Look great and works just as good, a little louder than expected but OK overall. Still disappointing they are sending new products out with Polystyrene as the main packing, not able to recycle so WHY WHY WHY, Use moulded cardboard instead. Don’t they know there’s an environmental problem in the world

Honestly brilliant, has changed my life. No more damnp clothes taking 1 week to dry and then needing to be re washed because they smell. Very energy efficient, if anything my bills are lower now because I don’t need to have the dehumidifier running 24/7. 10/10 recommend.
