Great tumble dryer in my opinion. Good choice of programs available, quiet and efficient to run. Many reviews for heat pump dryers complain about the length of the drying cycle, but this all depends on the quantity to be dried. Of course 8kg of laundry will take a long time, but if you’re drying a few items the machine the machines sensors detect that things are drying quicker so the program will count down much quicker. Because it’s a heat pump dryer too and uses lower temperatures no shrunk clothes! The downside of this tumble dryer is the Smart Things app. Very poor instructions for it and tricky to set up. Samsung sort this out! It should be so simple!

Fully converted to heat pump dryers! It's so quiet and really efficient. The cycles are often done quicker than estimated thank to the smart dry sensor. Love the double lint catcher and the song when it's done, although long, is very sweet. Brilliant purchase!

Lovely product. Only used a few times but so far very impressed. I haven’t used the water vent hose yet, and just empty the water reservoir. So far it’s taken less time to dry than the initial time shown.

We were a bit cautious about buying a heat pump tumble drier because of the comments about not fully drying clothes and the long cycle times. However now that we have explored most of the programs we get dry clothes and bedding every time. It takes a bit longer than our old machine but not a great deal. The tune it plays at the end of a program we find quite amusing and all in all the drier is quiet, economical and does its job well. The controls are relatively simple and although the machine can be plumbed in, we just empty the water container after use. The drier needs you to remove the fluff from all the filters regularly and gives a warning if you don't - it's a bit fiddly but once it has been done once it's easy thereafter.
