The dryer is very quiet and works well certainly using less electricity than our previous machine. I am not using the wifi option as the machine is apparently too far away from my router - this is not an issue as far as I am concerned. However no detailed user manual is provided only an installation guide and a fairly useless A4 sheet full of diagrams and arrows in every language but English! This is a high tech machine virtually all operated by touch - fine if you know what you're touching! I had to go to the Samsung website to download the full manual. A bit silly to penny-pinch on the user manual if you want the consumer to get the most out of your product. Having had a moan we're very pleased with the machine!

Great machine, quiet also, cheap to run. Bear in mind it’s going to take a little more time to dry items over conventional tumble dryers though. Can use to pre dry then finish off on the line or clothes rack. Easy to use. Minor point, there’s a reminder to clean filters before every use.

It’s a great tumble dryer and goes nicely with the matching Samsung washing machine (also bought fro AO) The machine dries at a low heat which is good for wooden clothing or just clothes in general to prevent them shrinking. It does mean it takes a little longer to dry. Would recommend especially with the price of energy and if you are wanting to reduce your carbon footprint. Samsung has a great customer services and warranty On parts, Which a lot of other companies would not cover.

Have been really impressed with the product. I was expecting good energy efficiency but at the cost of good performance or fast drying times. However this has been excellent on all counts. Good sized drum, great drying performance and a reasonable price compared with other A+++ rated models out there. Highly recommended.

I made a very costly mistake in buying a different brand I'd not used before after my previous Miele died just out of warranty. I put up with having to wash dirty stuff after it went through it for over a year before finally giving up and ordering this. I'm so glad I did. This dishwasher is fabulous. Everything comes out spotless. The drying in fab, (altho some quicker programs, by their very nature don't do so well). I love the little tray section to catch the tablet so it doesn't get stuck and can dissolve properly. I was worried it took fewer items than the last 2 but actually I'm surprised by how much I can fit in. It's also really quiet. Overall, couldn't be happier and definitely recommend.

We did our research and the dryer is as expected. I've only used it a few times so far, and it dries clothes, towels and bedding ready for ironing. I especially wanted one with reverse drum action because it minimises wrinkles and, most importantly, I can confirm that it dries the sheets and duvet cover perfectly without wrapping them all into a tight and damp bundle (my previous single-direction condenser dryer did this!). Initial time to finish is adjusted after a while when the sensor detects moisture levels etc. Drying time is similar or shorter than my previous dryer, and it doesn't heat up the room either. Connection by wifi to my phone was very straightforward and it's handy to track progress and know the finish time remotely. It's quieter and when it's finished, it plays a pleasant tune which you can turn off if you wish, but I like it. Installation and plumbing-in the water drain was also straightforward, and it's nice not to have to empty the water container every time. Overall, I'm very pleased so far.

So in the interest of full disclosure, I have never had a tumble dryer before so can't compare this to anything else. That being said... This is GREAT! I was hesitant about buying something this pricy (I know it's not the most expensive out there and is probably considered mid-priced but for us this was a considered purchase) when there were cheaper versions out there. However, the efficiency and practicality of this machine makes it worth it. Ours is situated under the stairs on a tiled floor in an average sized 3 bed end terrace and it is so quiet! We can barely hear it. The app is great (I was dubious about the 'point' of it initially) as it can help you pick the best cycle for the items in the machine, it tells you how long is left on the cycle and also rough costs for use. I have used it several times now, testing all but 1 of the cycles and all have come out dry apart from 1 sheet which was ever so slightly damp in places. I will say this though... it was only on setting 2 (so not the super dry setting) and I had ignored the suggested setting/items mentioned in the app so it was probably my fault. All it needed was a quick blast on the shortest timed cycle and it was perfect. I love how it assesses how damp the items are and adjusts the cycle lenght accordingly. So, you could select the cotton cycle and it initially says it will take 2.5hrs (for example) and then it adjusts based on how quickly it's drying and the app will let you know it's only got 1.5hrs (for example). This is great for saving money and the environment. We have the series 5 washing machine and love it so this was always in the running as an option but it was recommended to us by someone and we would recommend it to someone else without any hesitation!

So far so good. Replaced an old dryer than had done sterling service for many years. When you get used to something, it’s always a concern how you will get on with the new appliance. No worries with this dryer, easy to install and use. The option to plumb into a drain is good. The reservoir option is easy to access and empty. Towels and bedding dry well. Altogether very pleased.
