Have never owned a tumble dryer before but with the arrival of twins the washing machine has never seen so much use. So far the Samsung tumble dryer seems to work effectively. I have noticed a few items still a bit damp on the sleeves/legs if not properly opened out. With the built in sensors I assumed it would know and adjust the time. However, it was just a few small pieces. Easily sorted by an hour on a radiator. It has plenty of programmes but unfortunately not one for trainers and it doesn't come with the tray insert for shoes, like other dryers. Purposely got the A+++ rated device with the way energy bills are going but cannot comment on this yet. Overall I am happy with the dryer.

nice tumble dryer , quiet , works well

Great product just plug in and go. Takes a bit longer than normal dryers but cost effective and easy to use. The drum is very big so can fit plenty.

Despite the negative reviews re speed I felt this dryer dried faster than my old condenser dryer. It's quiet, spacious and leaves clothes soft and fluffy. App was very hard to find as it doesn't use Samsung's app but a multi partner app called Smart things. Once set up it was very easy to operate via app and the integrated clothes quizz helps you find the most appropriate cycle for the load. internal lght is so insignificant it almost like it isn't there so that's a bad point.

Great dryer A+++ better that we thought dried a full load and the needle on our smart meter stayed in the green (38p) full dried clothes. Also 5* to AO ordered and delivered very quickly.

Really Quiet Super Energy Efficient Quality product that does what it should do

Great tumble dryer in my opinion. Good choice of programs available, quiet and efficient to run. Many reviews for heat pump dryers complain about the length of the drying cycle, but this all depends on the quantity to be dried. Of course 8kg of laundry will take a long time, but if you’re drying a few items the machine the machines sensors detect that things are drying quicker so the program will count down much quicker. Because it’s a heat pump dryer too and uses lower temperatures no shrunk clothes! The downside of this tumble dryer is the Smart Things app. Very poor instructions for it and tricky to set up. Samsung sort this out! It should be so simple!

It’s amazing, very silent and dries beautifully. Much quicker than my previous appliance.
