Dries as quick as our old vented dryer, love the way it automatically recalculates the drying time if needed. Added plus of being able to plumb in the water instead of manually emptying the tank.

Easy to use controls and much cheaper to run with the heat pump than my previous machines!!

Was a bit dubious about buying this machine due to always having vented tumble dryers but I have been pleasantly surprised. It is extremely quiet and doesn't over dry the clothes.

Moved from a condensing dryer to this heat pump dryer. We have dried cottons, synthetics, bedding. This is a quiet machine. It does not lose heat like our old machine. The items come out dry and wrinkle free. Plus the cotton cycle is not too long. Delighted.

Not cheap by any means but I can still feel the money being saved in the way it dries, so I will certainly recover costs quickly compared against my old condensing machine

Despite the negative reviews re speed I felt this dryer dried faster than my old condenser dryer. It's quiet, spacious and leaves clothes soft and fluffy. App was very hard to find as it doesn't use Samsung's app but a multi partner app called Smart things. Once set up it was very easy to operate via app and the integrated clothes quizz helps you find the most appropriate cycle for the load. internal lght is so insignificant it almost like it isn't there so that's a bad point.

Super simple to set up both with the direct drain and with the Smart Things / Wifi. Cracks me up whenever my dryer lets my phone and my TV know that the cycle is done. (But no more deliberate procrastinating... "whoops - I didn't realise it had finished" :-D ) Power consumption much lower and actually doesn't take much more time to dry a load, which is great. Now we just want to get the Wifi washer so they can talk to each other.

Once I figured out how to make the tumble dryer to “speak” English not Danish it was very easy to set up and use. It more or less guided you through which programme to use for drying your clothes. So da it has done just that. So I would highly recommend this machine. I haven’t used the WIFI connection yet, but sure I will in time.
