We were a bit cautious about buying a heat pump tumble drier because of the comments about not fully drying clothes and the long cycle times. However now that we have explored most of the programs we get dry clothes and bedding every time. It takes a bit longer than our old machine but not a great deal. The tune it plays at the end of a program we find quite amusing and all in all the drier is quiet, economical and does its job well. The controls are relatively simple and although the machine can be plumbed in, we just empty the water container after use. The drier needs you to remove the fluff from all the filters regularly and gives a warning if you don't - it's a bit fiddly but once it has been done once it's easy thereafter.

Quiet, efficient and great for our clothes and the environment. Not cheap so hopefully I'll win the money back from this review!

Great machine, I’d give it 5 stars if you could play around a bit more with the settings. I often end up with damp clothes although I’m still figuring it out.

I’ve had this for 8 months now and I love it. I mean, it’s a tumble dryer, but it’s better, quieter and more efficient than our old one. Looks good (again, for a tumble dryer!) and plays a slightly odd, and very long, tune when it’s finished.

This dryer is great. It’s much cheaper to run than my old one. It’s easy to use. The multiple programs make sure you use the right heat for different fabrics. The moisture produced by the dryer is easy to remove by emptying an easily accessible compartment.

Very quiet and efficient with hi-tech features. My partner enjoys doing the washing and drying again, and especially loves getting the alerts on her watch to see that the drying has finished.

Bought this for my daughter as her old drier was eating up her electricity.. hopefully it will save her money more expensive to buy but not so much to usev

Very impressed, first time I've had a heat pump dryer. I've used 2 of the pre programmed drier options and I need to up the drying level to 3 for towels on the cotton setting as they were still a bit damp. But it was the first time I'd used the dryer so it was a learning curve. So far there isn't anything to dislike about it. In very impressed that there is a light inside the dryer so you can see any items that are still inside.
