This is the second dryer we have had the first one had a fault with the heat pump after just a month! Samsung wouldn't replace the machine only repair it there was no way I wanted a repaired machine costing nearly £700 .AO we're fantastic they said they would replace the machine free of charge I really can't fault AO. Samsung are a dreadful company to deal with I should have learnt from previous dealings with Samsung and bought from a different company. Save yourself some grief and buy a different brand.

Fabulous and efficient! I bought this tumble dryer for my daughter, who has young babies, and it has been a life-saver. In addition, with the cost of living going up so much, this is the best energy saving devices on the market and good for the environment. A winner on all fronts.

Great dryer, no need to have the window open anymore and can plumb into the waste water pipes which is an added benefit for us. Does take a little more time to fry but that doesn’t matter to us.

Great tumble dryer. Easy to set up and use.

The Samsung Heat Pump dryer was purchased to replace a very old vented tumble dryer. So far it has performed well to dry my washing. It looks very smart, the filter is very easy to clean and the programmes on the dryer are easy to understand. I haven’t used the smart feature as I am retired and am not far from the dryer when it plays the tune when the drying cycle is complete. It is too soon to comment on the energy savings, but it does dry very quickly. The water container is easy to empty.

Very nice drier. Quiet, easy to use, can be operated by phone but prefer using the on machine interface. Double lint filter, brush included, very, very efficient. Definitely worth going for an A+++ rated machine.

brill dryer cannot fault it

Only had the chance to do a couple of test runs. But so far this is proving a cast improvement over our old vented tumble dryer. Quiet and easy to use. Good to feel like I can put it on when needed and not be burning money.
