Great product, easy to install and gets the clothes nice and dry with lots of pre installed settings. Auto switch off so saves on electric. Impressed

What a fabulous tumble dryer, connects to Wi-Fi so you can set off from work, plays a tune when finished and looks the business. Lots of different programs and easy to use. Also bought the matching washing machine which is just as good.

Just as we expected. Dries everything super quickly and without any excess heat. Really happy with this purchase.

Love this dryer it even sings when it’s done. Never had a heat pump before, clothes dry well and smell so fresh still ! It’s quiet and looks tidy. Not used the Wi-Fi as I don’t need to.

appliance looks great and energy rating is great - the flipside of that is it takes e.g., 3 hours for a cycle to go through. not normally an issue. am sure there's an emergency high-energy setting if you need to dry something quickly - just need to go through the manual!

Great looking product and great energy rating. It may be me fumbling to work out how to use my first heat exchange dryer, but so far I’m struggling to get clothes dry! A load of cotton/linen some dry others not. A large faux fur blanket requiring a 3 hour cycle also came out damp (and quite a bit of condensation inside the dryer). So, initial impression is not great for a pretty expensive dryer. Also, AO advertised with a 5 year guarantee to be claimed via Samsung website - when I looked, after buying, the offer expired last year!
