Light years ahead of what we had. The control system was a little strange to get used to but is starting to make sense now. Both ovens take less than 7 mins to get up to temperature, that's quick. Will be trying the pizza setting out later ??

Love my new oven , was a bit complicated at first understanding all its functions , but really happy with it

We researched a lot of different built in ovens and settled on this one because it has two fan ovens and two grills. We’ve always had freestanding cookers and we’re worried about not having enough space for cooking big meals. This oven is great, plenty of room and good even cooking. Would definitely recommend. It is expensive but worth every penny.

Easy to use with lots of multifunctions. Quick to heat up and very easy to operate. Timer function is easy to use too. The additional runners make taking heavier trays out of the oven easier and the glass can be removed to be cleaned separately. The two ovens can work together or separately which is a blessing for a family of hungrier eaters.

I've had this oven for just over a week. It replaced my previous, 19-year-old AEG oven. Everything about the purchase and installation went splendidly. This is an excellent oven and I'm extremely pleased with it, however, I feel I should warn any prospective purchaser of a couple of features that should be taken into account. a] Don't buy this oven unless you already have at least two kitchen timers because the one on the oven is so quiet as to be virtually useless: I am using the timer on my phone and another I have on the fridge. b] the touch-control panel should be illuminated: the symbols are rather small against a black background and one has to get quite close to use them. Of lesser concern is the so-called instruction book: it's shortcomings can be overcome by learning to operate the appliance more or less intuitively. In my opinion these caveats should not be at all off-putting as they are easily overcome.

So I have been wanting a double oven for a while and eventually settled on this one. My Husband had only one condition 'one of those self cleaning things'. My requirements were 2 reasonable sized cavities with at least one with a grill function and energy efficient. The energy rating of this model drew me to it, but the sheer number of functions made me choose to purchase. So far (we've only had it a week) we have used the fan ovens, grills, pizza setting and convenience foods. I suppose it could be that our old oven was pants, but I LOVE this oven! Heats up really quick the different settings mean you can customise the cooking, also timers for when to turn the oven on and how long to cook for. My only negative is that it took a bit of time and messing about to work out how to use the functions and I've still not completely got a handle on it (yet). Pros - Amazing range of programmes Fast to heat up Energy efficient Looks good Should be easy to clean Slow cooking function Defrost function 2 grills (great for big breakfasts) Cons - Somewhat pricey. Complicated to get used to the controls at first. Summery - I am very pleased I chose this oven, so far it has exceeded my expectations and I hope the more used to the settings I become, the larger range of meals and goodies I will be able to prepare to the right standard.

We had never thought of buying the brand in the past, but are glad we did. We love this AEG oven, it is quiet, which was important to us as we have a combined lounge/kitchen. We found the installation very well thought out and easy to carry out. The finish of this oven is exceptional, especially as it has a finish that avoids finger marks. We have found the operation a little confusing for our age group, but we are getting the hang of it. Our only criticism is the grill in the top oven. The double elements are not operating in unison. We have contacted AEG and have a remedy arranged with a service company.

Excellent oven, nice controls, love the team gauge. Didn’t fit in the 70cm gap I had so needed to drop the unit by 1.5cm to get top lip of oven under counter.
