The only reason I'm giving a 3 star , is the fact that the dryer was so dirty when it arrived, there was black grit/dust on most of the outside, and a black hair on the inside seal, I was tempted to send it back really, but I cleaned it 3 times and I am using it. On the whole it's good, it is longer cycle as stated in heat pump information, not an issue, the main thing to mention is it's noisey, due the heat pump it's normal and might be an issue for people, if they dry clothes etc at night, but overall seems ok and the size is just right as it has to go in a small space.

It’s a dryer that does what it’s supposed to do.

Delivery was fine arrived in window and we were contacted to let us know it delivery crew were on the way. Not used dryer hugely. Very easy to setup and easy to use. A touch quieter than our old B rated device. The new condenser is much much slower than the old device I knew that would be the case but I was surprised that it needed 2 hours to dry a mixed load of baby stuff and sheets.

My sister uses it more than I do and she only has good things to say about it. I love that it takes up less space than the old one and the whole process of purchasing and delivery was smooth. Thank you AO

Great looking machine but thought my clothes would come out warm or hot its because it’s a heat pump, drying your clothes with cool air

it works well (only had it 2 weeks so far though) and doesn't always take as long as it says it does, depending on if you overload it or not of course!

Great little dryer.

The dryer is a robust and practically designed product with a good capacity, effective display including clear time remaining, and easy to use controls. It has a comparatively shallow depth which makes it ideal for worktop installation. If I have one criticism it’s that the sound is slightly louder than I’d expected, but this is a VERY minor issue against an otherwise excellent and cost-effective product.
