I had high expectations of this product following the reviews and having previously owned an exceptional Beko fridge freezer. Was sadly disappointed due to the excessive time it takes to dry the clothes, the noise the machine omits and the condensation it produces in the room. Will be seeking to replace with an alternative product

Okay, just a little bit noisy

Jus trying to get used to it as cycles take a lot longer than our old ducted dryer.

This dryer doesn't dry well, we still get clothes that are damp sometimes even on extra dry with the dryness setting cranked up. Cycle times are much longer than our previous vented dryer (1.5-2 times longer). The machine is also very loud, like an old fridge, due to the compressor. No good in an open plan house. There are a lot of filters that need cleaning after each cycle and a brush provided to clean the condenser every now and then. The only upside I can see is the large drum. Everything else is downside and if I could, I'd return it for a vented model instead.

Dries clothes okay but quite noises it’s louder than the washing machine and has a plastic smell to it which we thought would ease off but it hasn’t also the room gets condensation badly so we have to keep the extractor fan on… paid all the extra to not need to do this might as well have ordered a vented dryer with condenser box but stuck with it now, not so sure on the electricity usage so can’t comment on that

No fault of AO but this product arrived inoperable, two weeks later & I still couldn’t get through to domestic & general the Beko warranty department, thankfully AO agreed a total product swap & that was handled very professionally

It is ok but not as good as I thought when I bought it.
